How to not let yourself be treated like sh*t by Patricia Bright

Define:
Who do you want to be?
Who are you?
WHat do you stand for?
Determine what you are willing to take and what you are not willing to take
  • No, I’m not willing to do that
  • No, that’s not me 
  • No, we’re not friends anymore
List out:
What your value is
What you are willing to take
What you are not willing to take
List it out in different circumstances:
When it comes to dealing with guys
Dealing with colleagues
Dealing with your own self and personal situations
Drop labels
Get out of situations where people don’t treat you right
Or Tell them, I don’t like the way you are treating me (and observe their response)

If you’ve told them before then don’t bother, leave
